Choose your score sheet
A simple sheet for every turn
Write each player’s name at the top. After a turn, enter the points they banked and add them to the previous total. A farkle adds zero. Use another sheet if the game needs more rounds.

Your dice. Your table.
Bring six dice, a pencil and the people you want to play with. Check the scoring chart together before the first roll. Different editions and house rules can change the points.
Read the Farkle rulesAn independent printable template
This original score sheet is not an official publisher pad. The blank grid can record points under your agreed rules, including games played with yard dice.
Print a full-page Farkle score sheet PDF
The blank template fits one page, with four player columns and 20 rounds. Choose US Letter for 8.5 × 11-inch paper or A4 for 210 × 297 mm paper, then download the matching PDF. Open it in your PDF viewer and print at Actual size or 100% so the grid is not reduced by a fit-to-page setting.
This is a free printable score card to fill in with a pencil, not a fillable PDF or a dice set. Bring six dice and a pen or pencil to your adult game night or family game. If you want editable player names and automatic addition, choose the Farkle score sheet for Excel. For bigger writing spaces, use the large-print Farkle score sheet.
How to use the blank score card
Write the players' names at the top. On each completed turn, record only the points banked, then add those points to that player's previous total. Enter zero for a farkle; leave an unplayed turn blank. Follow the worked Farkle score sheet example to see the arithmetic.
A score sheet for yard Farkle
You can use the same blank grid to record a yard game with larger physical dice: the sheet records points and does not depend on the size of the dice. Keep it on a clipboard or a flat surface, agree on scoring and the winning target before play, and write down the points actually banked after each turn. The download does not supply yard dice or impose special yard-game rules.
Blank sheet or scoring cheat sheet?
A blank score sheet records players' results. A Farkle scoring chart tells you what dice combinations are worth. Print both if you want a points reference beside your score card, or read the Farkle rules and printable rules summary before your first game.
