Use each die once
Choose scoring groups from the same roll. Do not count the same die twice. For example, four 2s and two 3s form the 1,500-point four-plus-pair combination; do not add the four-of-a-kind points again.
Add separate scoring dice
Three 4s plus a single 1 and a single 5 score 400 + 100 + 50 = 550. A remaining single 2 contributes no points.
